Agentica

From SDK to consumer AI product.

I led Agentica’s transformation from a developer SDK into a consumer-facing AI product.

Leveraging Claude Code and Cursor directly in my workflow, I designed and iterated at the speed of engineering - partnering closely with our team to bring a fully reimagined brand, product experience, and system to life.

  • Agentica originally launched as an SDK for developers. It was powerful, flexible, and technical - built for integration.

After release, we saw a larger opportunity: make long-running agents accessible through an intuitive chat interface.

    This meant shifting from:

    • API-first → interaction-first

    • Developer audience → consumer & operator audience

    • Toolkit → product

The evolution required both strategic repositioning and full-stack design execution.

  • As Brand & Product Design Lead, I led Agentica’s evolution across brand and product.

    This included:

    • Leading the Agentica brand refresh, including developing a new visual language with custom geometric illustrations and motion graphics

    • Redesigning both Agentica and Agentica SDK websites

    • Designing the full Agentica product experience

    • Building a scalable component system

    • Identifying high-impact consumer use cases

    • Creating interactive product demos

  • The SDK-era brand spoke to developers - minimal, technical, and infrastructure-oriented.

The new Agentica needed to feel:

    • Intelligent but approachable

    • Powerful but intuitive

    • Experimental but trustworthy

I developed a refreshed visual system centered around geometric illustration and motion to express structured intelligence and autonomy. Motion became a storytelling tool - helping communicate processes, state changes, and long-running behaviors.

The result was a brand that felt alive, dynamic, and product-led rather than purely technical.

Product Design

Agentica evolved into a deliberately simple chat interface for long-running agents, with a lightweight navigation system inspired by Apple’s Floating Island.

I designed the core experience, state and feedback patterns, and supporting data visualizations (charts, plots, tables) to make agent behavior clear over time.

I also identified key use cases and built interactive demos and motion graphics to make autonomous agents tangible and understandable. And of course, to use as marketing content across our channels.
